General transaction terms 1. Samples and sample charge
For the new customer, samples will be made and sent after receipt of the sample charge.
Usually the courier charge should be collected, or we can pay the courier charge in advance if you have already included it in the sample charge.
For some new products or OEM products, we might not have the same material when you ask for samples. So similar material or styles might be make for you. For some OEM or new products, mould maybe be needed in advance, as a rule, this fee is on customer's charge.
2. Trade term
FOB or C&F or CIF acceptable.
3. Payment term
Only sight L/C or T/T (wire transfer in advance) acceptable
4. Minimum quantity
Our this site is for B2B purpose, so for most of the products, we need minimum quantity, which is different according to different products.
5. Delivery time
We need 30-60 days to deliver the goods after receipt of the L/C or T/T payment.
6. Quality and inspection
We make all goods according to customers' requirments & the confirmation samples. We have the perfect quality controllers, which have professional knowledge of footwear and have been in this line for years. We control the quality from the raw material to finished production.
